The bacon is produced using an old manufacturing method that was adopted in Germany in the 1920s and the ice-temperature aging method has earned three stars in international contests. Pork from Hokkaido is used for products other than bacon. Since ingredients, production methods and seasoning are selected with special care, all the products of the Farm have excellent tastes and quality. Farmers Cafe, a cafe owned by the Farm, offers lunch using home-made ham and bacon at a reasonable price. You can enjoy the exquisite umami of meats.
