"Machimura Farm Milk Garden" is a directly managed store of a long-standing ranch, "Machimura Farm″, which has a more than 100 year lasting history. The log-house style shop, which was made by reusing a cowshed, is in the area of a massive ranch of 165 hectares. The scenery of the shop standing in the snow is as cute as a picture book. There is an eating area on the second floor. You can enjoy sweets while viewing the snowy world. The most popular menu is the soft serve ice cream made from raw milk, which is delivered directly from the milk plant in the site. The milk richness and refreshing aftertaste of the soft serve ice cream made from extremely fresh ingredients is so impressive that you can't forget it! Although there are several shops of Machimura Farm all over Japan, Milk Garden has limited items that you can only buy / experience there as it's a directly managed store. Don't miss out! Rich and flavorful "Special Cheesecake" and "Tiramisu For Takeout″, using high-quality ingredients unique to a farm, and "Mini Donut″, which is a small-sized assortment of popular donut flavors, can be good souvenirs. Please also try the warm menu limited to winter such as fondue made with cheese that they are proud of.
