Little cafe restaurants dot the streets of the residential area. Using organic Ishikari vegetables, the Atsuda area’s "Mouraiton" brand pork and other local ingredients, the owner and chef puts his French cooking training from many years of hotel training to use. The lunchtime menu is a heap of vegetables and a mini-soup for an appetiser, followed by a main dish of either a seasonala fish dish or a Mouraiton meat dish, and finally a brown rice risotto. Here you can enjoy a delicious and healthy lunch. There are several types of optional desserts as well. The restaurant is loved by local people, and before lunchtime, it offers light meals and drinks for brunch, while after lunch it operates as a cafe offering drinks and sweets.
