An Italian restaurant dedicated to local production and consumption, based on French and northern Italian home cooking, and themed around enjoying the best of Hokkaido’s food. Cooked with favoured Hokkaido ingredients. The seasonal bounties of the Sea of Japan, the Southdown lambs grown on the seaside, the young yezo sika deer brought down with clean kills,the vegetables brought in from Naganuma or kept over the winter from Makari village, the wide white and green asparagus from Nikkou, and more depending on the season make a variety of excellent course and standalone meals. The meals, bread and desserts are all made by hand and use at least one ingredient from within Hokkaido. The wine selection spans about 200, in small numbers and wide variety, from across France, Italy, and Hokkaido.
